Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions for using the saju and fortune content service (the “Service”) provided by Esper Class, operated by NextActionClub (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
2. Nature of the content
All readings and guidance provided through the Service are for entertainment and reference only. They do not replace medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and should be used only as reference material.
3. Membership, paid content and payment
You need to sign up with an email address and password before buying a paid reading; purchased readings are saved to that account's library. Paid readings are sold as one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea) through PayPal and charged in US dollars (USD); the Company is the seller. Singapore dollar (S$) amounts shown on the Service are approximate — the final SGD amount is set by PayPal or your card issuer at their exchange rate. Payments are handled in accordance with applicable law and the Company's Refund Policy.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Paid readings are digital content generated and delivered immediately after payment. On the payment screen, the Company tells you this in advance and asks for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the purchase can no longer be cancelled once the content has started to be provided. A full refund is still available if (a) you paid but the reading was not generated or delivered, (b) the reading could not be provided properly due to a system error or another cause attributable to the Company, or (c) the content does not match its description or advertising, or the contract was not performed. 5. Prohibited conduct
You may not copy or redistribute the content without permission, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
