Refund Policy & Service Period

1. What we sell

Esper Class sells digital saju readings (intangible content) generated from the birth details you enter. Prices are shown on the product page and payment screen in US dollars, with an approximate Singapore dollar amount. Each purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

2. Service period

Your reading is generated immediately after payment and you can start reading it on screen right away (each chapter may take a few minutes to generate). Generated readings can be reopened from your library for 12 months from the payment date — so the maximum service period is 12 months from payment.

3. Withdrawal and refunds

Readings are digital content delivered immediately after payment. On the payment screen we tell you this, along with the limit on cancellation, and ask for your consent. Once you have started viewing the reading, it can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind. You will still get a full refund in the following cases:

  • You paid but the reading was not generated or delivered
  • The reading could not be provided properly due to a system error or another cause attributable to us
  • The content does not match its description or advertising, or the contract was not performed
  • You were charged twice because of a payment error (the duplicate charge is refunded)

4. How to request a refund

Email our support address with the payment time, payment method, product name and reason. We'll reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. PayPal and card refunds can take 3–7 business days to show up, depending on PayPal or your card issuer.

5. Canceling a payment

If you close the payment window before completing payment, you won't be charged. After payment, refunds follow section 3 above.

6. Please note

Readings are for entertainment and reference only and do not replace medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Results based on an incorrect birth date or time you entered are not grounds for a refund, so please double-check when entering them.
