Privacy Policy
1. What we collect and how
To identify members, we collect your email address (and a password only if you chose to set one, stored as an irreversible hash). When you log in on another device, we ask for your date of birth to confirm it's you. To create your BaZi reading, we collect the birth date and time, gender and (optional) name you enter. Payment information is handled by the payment providers — we do not store PayPal account or card details. This information is collected when you sign up, use the Service and pay.
2. Why we use it
For member management and identity verification, to create and deliver your personalized BaZi content, and to manage payments and purchase and usage records.
3. Service providers
We use the following providers to run the Service.

4. International transfers

5. How long we keep it
- Contract and cancellation records: 5 years
- Payment and delivery records: 5 years
- Consumer dispute records: 3 years
- Other member data: deleted as soon as you delete your account
6. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.
7. Your rights
In line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to its collection, use or disclosure, at any time by contacting Support (our data protection contact). You can also delete your account yourself in Account settings.
8. Advertising cookies and measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. Steps such as visiting, signing up and paying, together with cookie identifiers and device information, are sent to Meta. Because payment is completed on an external payment page, the fact that a payment was completed is sent to Meta directly from our server. None of this includes your name, birth date or other BaZi inputs. You can refuse personalized ads by blocking cookies in your browser or in your Meta account's ad settings.
